Not much to say as it's a supplement and pretty straightforward in dosage and ingredients. I personally always look for Vitamin D3 that includes some form of Vit K2. This 2nd Springs has 75mcg of MK7 which is supposed to be more effective than MK4 when directing calcium deposits. The bottle has a plastic seal on the outside and an inner seal for safety. The tablets are roughly the size of an aspirin and easy to chew. The taste is fine to me and I don't find it chalky but taste is subjective so you may feel different. I take up to 5000 IU a day so your value will depend on your dosage but at 1/day this lasts 3 months or at 2/day it will last 45 days.

I was Vitamin D deficient a few years ago, and my doctor recommended Vitamin D3 supplements at 2000 IU per day. Recently I’ve also learned about the importance of taking Vitamin K2 with Vitamin D3, but a lot of Vitamin D3 and K2 supplements have the D3 at 5000 IU per serving, which just seems a bit too high to me. So I was happy to find this particular supplement where the D3 is at 2000 IU, the level recommended by my doctor. These are cherry flavored chewable tablets, and they actually taste pretty good – sweet and not too chalky. I will be taking one of these per day. I would recommend this product.

This is a really easy way to get your daily vitamin D and K2. It is a chewable tablet that has a mild cherry flavor. It is a little chauky but not a bad as most and the tablet is small. I usually use a vitamin D sublingual drop but it sometimes really not convenient if we are traveling. This eliminates that problem. They offer 2000 IU of vitamin D3 and 75mcg K2 as Menaquinone 7 per tablet and the bottle has a 3 month supply for 1 person. I really like this product and will continue using it.

Tastes great. I love that it’s chewable without being a gummy. And dare I say that we haven’t gotten sick all winter?

I’m permanently replacing my normal vitamin D3 supplement with this 2nd Springs d3+k2. High quality for a great value.

I got these because my vitamin D level is always low and I was told that vitamin K2 is good for my heart health. The fact these are chewable make them more desirable for me. All of my vitamins are chewable since I have trouble swallowing pills. Also, it says they are made in the USA, which makes me feel better about taking them. I take one a day. I would not give these to a child unless I had their doctor’s approval. These seem to do what they advertise except they are not sublingual tablets…you do have to swallow or chew them. I removed one star for the listing being misleading on the sublingual part.

Those who cannot tolerate tablets through GI tract require sub-lingual to pass on to blood stream directly. These tablets are chewable and hence should not be taken if your GI cannot stand it. Amazon website description is misleading.

Hello friends, I selected these vitamin D3 plus K2 chewables in cherry flavor for good health.I really like chewable vitamins and I really like them in the flavored cherry too. I think these taste pretty good and the chewable is really tiny. There is a bit of a stale taste to them. It could just be what they are but that's what it seems like. These would be really perfect if they had a stronger cherry taste. They're good for now. I take them along with fatty foods for better absorption. I think it's a pretty nice product.

These little guys are great. And part of what I like about them is how little they are (smaller around than a regular aspirin but a little thicker) and the fact they are chewable. The natural cherry flavor is surprisingly good and the ingredients are simple. The amount of Vitamin D-3 and K-2 are exactly what I look for and the price is fair. Vitamin D, combined with K-2, is something that is so important and having it in a pill that makes you want to take it is great.

So far I've been taking these two vitamins (D3 and K2) separately and happy to see it on one chewable tablet (good flavor, by the way - I love cherry flavor). And what's more - here Vit. K2 is in its MK-7 form, which is preferable (compared to MK-4) as it absorbs much better. And furthermore, the dose here is almost exactly what I am taking daily (unlike in many other combinations of these two - where it's much, much more per day than I need to take). So I am quite happy with that as well.

My doctor said I needed to take vitamin k so these are a great alternative to the gross capsules. Plus you only need to take one!

I've been trying to get more Vitamin D and when I saw this was a chewable I ordered it. There are lots of capsules and gummies but I don't think I've ever seen D offered as a chewable. They aren't bad at all, with a fruity flavor that resembles cherry. I love that they are 100% natural so no fillers, you are getting what you are paying for. It's great they have the K2 in them as well as it is so important for you to actually get the benefits of the Vitamin D. Serving size is one tablet so the price is very reasonable for a 90 day supply at $13. Well worth it to not have to take another pill!
