This worked great. Slept like a baby right away. Good ingredients. Will buy again.

I first discovered 2nd Springs Wellness while looking for a lower cost, comparable product, with the same ingredients. I had used a different company’s product, and it worked well, but the price point wasn’t sustainable to me; I was looking for a product I could comfortably purchase for the long term. I found 2nd Springs and couldn’t be happier with the discovery! This product has the exact ingredients I want for the purpose I am trying to address. I take this at the end of the day, about 30 minutes before I plan to go to sleep. It helps silence all the thoughts in my head and calm me down. For an added bonus, the magnesium has helped with my overnight leg cramping issue, since that stress symptom has gone away, turns out Sleep Well kills two birds with one stone! As someone who is very stressed and anxious, Sleep Well is a great ongoing solution for me.

Often times, I have troubles falling asleep and staying asleep, so when the 2nd Springs Sleep Well supplements showed up on my feed, I knew I had to give it a shot.Looking at the ingredients list, it seems the ingredients are natural and appear to be synergistic with each other. However, the amount per serving of each ingredient is fairly low, and as a result, I cannot say I had the results I was looking for. Don't get me wrong, I did fall asleep easier, which is really nice, but I still have troubles staying asleep. I don't think the pills offer a high enough dosage of the ingredients for me, personally, but others may find it just right for them.

The product I bought contains magnesium, l-theanine, and 5-HTP, which is great because it means I do not have to take multiple tablets. I have been sleeping better since using it. Overall, I give it four stars because it may or may not be effective for everyone due to the complexity of sleep problems and it worked for me most number of times but not every time. Personally, the combination of the other substances and the reduced melatonin level works for me a good number of times but everyone's experience may be different.
