Brain Support Complex

I’ve been using this brain supplement for about two months now and I’m feeling sharper and have more mental clarity. It is noticeable.

I am in my 70’s and teaching at the University level. 2nd Springs Brain Support Complex gives me greater clarity and sharpness. I find taking one tablet twice daily, one in the morning and one at night, gives me the best results. I have been taking this product regularly for the past seven months along with the Adaptogen complex and 7 mushroom complex. It is part of my daily routine.

After finding 2nd Springs, I was intrigued about their holistic approach to wellness and I am really digging it. I was curious about the Brain Support Complex because I take Rx stimulants daily & I have neurological issues and I don’t want to be burned out by the effects of the stimulants. I read the Brain Complex label and didn't recognize some of the ingredients, which made me curious about them. 2nd Springs has an article written about it and I was hooked. After taking this for 4 months, I believe that this supplement will not only help me today and tomorrow, but will help me years down the road.

I can't rate how well it raised any cognitive effects with the amount I got, but I can say that after 15 days of taking it, there were no bad side affects. No stomach issues or odd feelings that couldn't be explained. A bit pricey per month, but worth a try if you need some clarity perhaps.

I requested this brain support complex for review.I like that this supplement contained no caffeine. I also like that it was made in the USA.I did not notice any difference in my cognitive abilities, but it may take more than one 30-day supply to notice any difference. I had no adverse side effects while taking this supplement. The capsules are on the larger side, so I'm glad the dosage was only one capsule.The bottle came properly sealed both outside and inside.So, this product is hard to rate due to my only being able to take it for 30 days. But I will say that the price of $31.49 for a 30-day supply (price at the time of review), would make it difficult for me to afford along with my other supplements.
