I’ve been using this brain supplement for about two months now and I’m feeling sharper and have more mental clarity. It is noticeable.

When it comes to supplements, not sure if it's working or not. But as I get older, I'm hoping to have supplements like this to help keep my cognitive function as sharp as possible. It's a capsule format, and it has a bit of districtint smell, which is not too nice. But this supplement seems high quality based on the label, and is made in the USA.

This is a rather large pill, the length of a quarter, which might be an issue for some. At my age I am interested in taking some supplements to help with mental acuity and these ingredients are common with other brain pills. The bottle is only half full and a 30 day supply seems short to provide an adequate evaluation period. I had taken these for a few days before reading the warnings on the label, the printing is quite small. I have surgery scheduled in a couple weeks and the label states that you should stop taking these a couple of weeks before. It also warns about taking these with blood thinners. There was no mention of this in the listing. I think this may not be an issue with the type I am taking but I will need to consult with my doctor first. With this interruption in medication I may not be able to get a thorough evaluation of improvement.

I take brain health supplements on a regular basis and this product caught my interest when I saw it.There are 30 capsules per bottle. Each serving is 1 capsule making this a 30 day supply. I prefer capsules over tablets and find them easier to swallow.The ingredients used in this product are known for their brain health benefits. I’m personally a fan of Phosphatidylserine and have noticed great results in the past. I like that this product has the GMP and FDA seals and that it is made in the U.S.Overall, I think this is a good product and I am happy I found it.

I mainly ordered these brain support supplements for the St. John's wort to help with cheerfulness during the winter, but they also contain ginkgo biloba, which are anti-oxidant rich. Another ingredient is bacopa monniera, which is new to me but also known as hyssop, and thought to increase mental brightness over time. The label listing the ingredients is readable, the instructions on use are absolutely tiny, and I had to photograph and enlarge them to read the information.The recommended dose is one capsule, and the capsules for me were without aftertaste or unpleasantness. I am in my 70’s and teaching at the University level. 2nd Springs Brain Support Complex gives me greater clarity and sharpness. I find taking one tablet twice daily, one in the morning and one at night, gives me the best results. I have been taking this product regularly for the past seven months along with the Adaptogen complex and 7 mushroom complex. It is part of my daily routine.

After finding 2nd Springs, I was intrigued about their holistic approach to wellness and I am really digging it. I was curious about the Brain Support Complex because I take Rx stimulants daily & I have neurological issues and I don’t want to be burned out by the effects of the stimulants. I read the Brain Complex label and didn't recognize some of the ingredients, which made me curious about them. 2nd Springs has an article written about it and I was hooked. After taking this for 4 months, I believe that this supplement will not only help me today and tomorrow, but will help me years down the road.

I can't rate how well it raised any cognitive effects with the amount I got, but I can say that after 15 days of taking it, there were no bad side affects. No stomach issues or odd feelings that couldn't be explained. A bit pricey per month, but worth a try if you need some clarity perhaps.

I also like that it was made in the USA.I did not notice any difference in my cognitive abilities, but it may take more than one 30-day supply to notice any difference. I had no adverse side effects while taking this supplement. The capsules are on the larger side, so I'm glad the dosage was only one capsule.The bottle came properly sealed both outside and inside.So, this product is hard to rate due to my only being able to take it for 30 days. But I will say that the price of $31.49 for a 30-day supply (price at the time of review), would make it difficult for me to afford along with my other supplements.

The current price of $34.99 ($1.17/capsule) seems a bit pricey and hard to afford on a regular basis.I can't say that I've had any positive or negative side effects from these capsules, but most supplements take time to work and I'm not sure if the included 30 days is enough.

This is difficult to review. No definitive benefits that I've noticed but I'm sure over the course of time it will be helpful to my brain. There were no side effects that I've noticed.

My husband and I have not been using this long but it does seem to be giving us more clarity.

Having browsed other reviewer's comments, I'm right there with the consensus. These capsules have a nice, impressive list of ingredients, all of them obviously good for you. But, I'm not seeing any obvious health benefits. I'm sure these are doing some good, if for no other reason they provide some nutrients that you may not be getting in your diet. At $0.83/capsule, these are more expensive than many similar dietary supplements. Do your own research, and if you and/or your doctor think these will help, go for it! But, you might shop Amazon for competing products first.

Overall, there are some very good ingredients in this supplement that have minimal side effects are are generally safe. Always read about them before taking any supplement, especially if you are taking other medications. We know there are some concerns about St. Johns Wart and how it interacts with other medications, and I have to ask, do they outweigh the benefits where this should be included in a cognitive support supplement. I will leave that up to you. These capsules are easy to swallow and they may be beneficial for me on a daily basis over a 30 day period, as I have no adverse reactions to the St. Johns Wart

It's too early to tell how effective these are at improving my brain function, but I am all for trying anything that will help even just a little bit. I feel if they even help 10%, that is a big improvement for me and feel it is worth purchasing. I will continue to take these with my other daily supplements to see if I experience any noticeable difference.

This one also includes a relatively low dosage of St. John's wort, which is typically used in a different context than "cognitive support", so you'll especially want to watch for drug interactions with that ingredient.Otherwise, the capsules themselves are easy enough to swallow with plenty of water (they aren't huge but definitely aren't something I'd consider "small").These get a thumbs-up from me, but do pay attention to that ingredients list and be sure you understand what you're getting here.

I wish it didn't have all the fillers- minus one star for that. I like the other ingredients and I think I am a little more focused and less brain foggy. I take one capsule a day that I easily swallow. It is a bit pricey for a one month supply.

I know I always say this with supplements but... Before adding any supplements or vitamins or meds, do a little research to see if there are any potentially negative side effects.Now that's out of the way. I use a ton of supplements to help improve my mental well-being. I'm adding this one because I like the formulation. Second Springs includes: ginkgo biloba, a well-studied plant known for its alleged ability to improve memory and mental acuity. Studies indicate ginkgo may enhance blood flow to the brain, which may then lead to improved overall cognitive health. It also contains other, perhaps less-studied, but interesting ingredients. L-Glutamine, Bacopa Monnieri, and St. John's Wort, along with a few other brain-related ingredients. The idea behind this supplement is to slow down the brain's aging process and perhaps stave off cognitive decline. I think they should ship a case of this to Capitol Hill, but I digress. Good product.

I'll give it a few more days and change review if necessary. The amount of st John's is small, but serotonin stuff makes me aggro. Alpha gpc also tends to make me sleepy. I wanted this for the bacopa and huperzine A. Not sure how this combines with other stimulants like caffeine, maybe it needs more advice on the label. Don't know why st John's wort would be in there for cognition. The only thing st John's wort is proven to help is clinical depression. I think it's just for the ingredient list tbh. Rather put in coffee fruit and polyphenols and take out the psychoactives.
