I would say this B-complex is decent, but not great. I would rather see a Mentholated B12 than cyanocobalamin. That being said, these is a good quality product so if you are looking for the benefits of B12 (e.g., cognitive and cardio), this is a product worth trying. I found it easy on the stomach and definitely good quality for this price point.

I’ve been using this vitamin B supplement for a couple of weeks now, and it’s working just as effectively as my regular brand.

This is a good combination of B Vitamins that are made in the USA. The tablets are sort of large for me to comfortably swallow though, so I split them in half to take them and don't have any problems then. I haven't had any issues after taking them, and the price seems reasonable for the 50 day supply.

This Super B-100 Complex seems to be a very good supplement. My recent blood work revealed that I need more vitamin B and this supplement covers everything I need. It is a high potency B Vitamin Complex with B-6, B-12, Folate, Niacin, Biotin, Choline, Inositol and PABA. I’m not sure about all the other claims but I do know that for me vitamin B helps me feels more focused, have more energy through the day and just better overall. One thing to note is that I feel these pills are on the medium to large size so that might be a consideration for those who struggle with sallowing pills. In addition to being a bit large in size they have a fairly unique scent in my opinion. It’s not bad but it’s a little bit like the smell of Munster cheese to me. Overall, I think they are a good value and you only need to take one per day which is great!

I like to think of these as the old school energy drinks minus the extra junk and sugar. These pills are a nice and simple solution to the old school B complex packs that require taking multiple pills from a packet and half of them would get stuck on the way down. These are easy, one moderately sized pill and you're done.The serving is only one pill, so you get 50 doses in a bottle offering a great value. Compare that to $2-$3 for a canned alternative, it's a great deal. The smell is typical of most compounded vitamins but a bit stronger, I personally don't find it to be offensive.If you need some energy and don't want the extra stuff they add to the canned drinks, this might be your solution. You can get some extra energy without the extras associated with the canned energy drinks.

I got these vitamins for my husband. They are very large, and they have a strong, unpleasant smell. I do like that they are made in the USA. They have a good combination of B vitamins. The label says this product can expose you to chemicals, including lead, which is somewhat concerning.

I’ve been taking these Springs Super B-100 Complex supplement, and they’re great! The tablets are a normal size and have the normal vitamin scent, and you only need one a day. It’s got all the essentials like B6, B12, niacin, and folate, plus extras like choline and inositol. I’ve noticed I feel more alert at work and less sluggish after lunch since taking these regularly. It’s also effective for metabolism support if you’re trying to stay active. Overall, this is a great value for the money and perfect for anyone who wants a clean energy and mood boost without relying on caffeine!

As I try to cut down on carbs and caffeine, I noticed a drop in my energy levels. So, I started taking this Vit B complex. The tablets are big - as expected for a B vit of this potency - but easy to swallow. They have an aroma that took some getting used to but after a couple of days I no longer notice it. I’ve been taking this B vitamin for about a week now, and I can honestly say I feel a difference. I originally bought it to help with low energy and stress, and it’s been doing exactly that. I feel more focused and less drained during the day, especially in the afternoons when I used to crash.The capsules are a little large but easy enough to swallow with water. There’s a slight vitamin smell (which is normal for B vitamins btw ☺️), but nothing too bad. I also like that it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other brands have in the past. It doesn’t have a horrible taste either.Overall, I’m really happy with this supplement. It’s become part of my daily routine, and I can tell it’s helping with my mood and overall energy levels. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a good quality B vitamin that’s affordable.

I unfortunately can't take this supplement. I was astounded to see how large the pills were and the horrific smell when I opened the bottle has me staggering. These should have been 2 a day capsules. I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 because I contacted the company via email on their website to ask if they could be cut in half and they responded (answer: yes they can) within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service! I can't get over the smell though. I know I'd be able to taste them if I tried to take them and bad things would probably happen. Cutting them in half only makes it stronger.

This tub comes with 50 tablets and I use a B-100 supplement every other day. My blood labs always show what may be out of sorts or a bit low and if I do not consistently take a B complex its right there ! This seems like a good tablet as the B's do smell bad, that's how you know they're made well and they will turn your urine yellow.Doing research on the Bs can give you an idea of how much you may need for optimum health.Highly recommended.

I’m suppose to take multiple different b vitamins and this saves me from having to more pills then I need! It’s easy on my stomach and the size is great ! They work very well and have helped with my en level will definitely be purchasing again.

These are easy to take and do not smell. They seem to be high quality. They are high potency though, so be mindful as too much b6 can cause problems. However, I find them to be perfect for my needs.

These tablets are huge. They smell bad, taste awful, and they turn your tongue orange before you even have a chance to swallow them. But I do like that they are made in USA and that you only have to take one a day to ensure that you are getting all of the B Vitamins that you need. I am not a vegan, but if I were, I’d probably get most of the B vitamins I need from leafy greens, whole grains, legumes, seeds and nuts which I don’t eat as often as I should. However, there is one B vitamin (B-12) that comes almost exclusively from animal products. Vegans probably should take a supplement for Vitamin B-12 because the various B vitamins work together, and you need all of them in your diet to stay healthy. This product gets its Vitamin B-12 from cyanocobalamin, which is created through bacterial fermentation. Maybe that’s where the smell is coming from. I think I’ll stick with the non-vegan, B Complex product that I have been using and try to increase my intake of healthy veggies.

Nice pressed tablets of B complex. Very similar in appearance to the Kirkland brand, but each tablet is a bit longer in length. Slightly more difficult to swallow, but not too bad. About the same size as a medium to large capsule. I am pretty happy with these because the last batch of B complex I got was in capsule which tends to melt and get stuck to the pill case and hard to swallow. These are a bit easier to swallow without the plastic capsules.

This B complex has all the B vitamins that I require. I feel that B vitamins help with my energy level. The taste and color of these are fine. it says they are made in the United States and I feel that they are a decent quality and value.
