2nd Springs Super B-100 Complex

As I try to cut down on carbs and caffeine, I noticed a drop in my energy levels. So, I started taking this Vit B complex. The tablets are big - as expected for a B vit of this potency - but easy to swallow. They have an aroma that took some getting used to but after a couple of days I no longer notice it. It has definitely helped even out my energy levels effectively. I haven't had any digestive issues like nausea or stomach upset so it's working with my system just fine. The ingredients seem appropriate and are working for me. Overall, the vitamins are a good value for the money and they are helping me.

I unfortunately can't take this supplement. I was astounded to see how large the pills were and the horrific smell when I opened the bottle has me staggering. These should have been 2 a day capsules. I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 because I contacted the company via email on their website to ask if they could be cut in half and they responded (answer: yes they can) within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service! I can't get over the smell though. I know I'd be able to taste them if I tried to take them and bad things would probably happen. Cutting them in half only makes it stronger.

I’ve been taking this B vitamin for about a week now, and I can honestly say I feel a difference. I originally bought it to help with low energy and stress, and it’s been doing exactly that. I feel more focused and less drained during the day, especially in the afternoons when I used to crash.The capsules are a little large but easy enough to swallow with water. There’s a slight vitamin smell (which is normal for B vitamins btw ☺️), but nothing too bad. I also like that it doesn’t upset my stomach like some other brands have in the past. It doesn’t have a horrible taste either.Overall, I’m really happy with this supplement. It’s become part of my daily routine, and I can tell it’s helping with my mood and overall energy levels. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for a good quality B vitamin that’s affordable.

I would say this B-complex is decent, but not great. I would rather see a Mentholated B12 than cyanocobalamin. That being said, these is a good quality product so if you are looking for the benefits of B12 (e.g., cognitive and cardio), this is a product worth trying. I found it easy on the stomach and definitely good quality for this price point.

This tub comes with 50 tablets and I use a B-100 supplement every other day. My blood labs always show what may be out of sorts or a bit low and if I do not consistently take a B complex its right there ! This seems like a good tablet as the B's do smell bad, that's how you know they're made well and they will turn your urine yellow.Doing research on the Bs can give you an idea of how much you may need for optimum health.Highly recommended.
