I do intermittent fasting so I don't eat breakfast and I don't like to take my vitamins at night. I don't know if it's in my head or not but I feel like I have too much energy to go to sleep if I take them too late. So with the little packs I can keep a few with me in my bag to take wherever I am. Same with travel, it's super easy to just grab a handful of packs and throw them in my bags.One thing I didn’t expect was how much it would help with my digestion. I’ve always had a sensitive stomach, but these vitamins seem to keep everything on track, which has been a huge relief. The capsules are on the larger side but I've had no issue with swallowing them and I'm not someone who is necessarily good at taking pills. You can definitely smell that these are made with greens, reminds me of my shake mix greens I would use but there's no weird taste or aftereffects.Overall, this has become a staple in my daily routine, and I’ve already recommended it to a couple of my buddies.

I appreciate these vitamins, but there are a few notable “issues” for me that keep them from being a 5 star item at this time. Most everything can probably be fairly easily improved by the provider.Being that they are seemingly a new provider of a multivitamin, I would love to see over-the-top communication regarding sourcing, production facilities, and what is in each vitamin.I was able to determine the yellow pill is the fish oil, the 3 green pills are the fruit & vegetable proprietary blend (as well as some of the other greens like spirulina, wheat grass powder, etc.). The other 3 pills are traditional multivitamins as well as an enzyme complex, probiotics, prebiotics, saw palmetto, etc.In a perfect world, I would love to see this consolidated down to three pills, as seven is a lot if you’re I only used to taking one or two, but they do go down easily. I wouldn’t expect a person to enjoy taking seven pills, but I don’t think most will struggle with them.One other issue for me is the lid of the container. It doesn’t work correctly/comes off too easily. I think they need to change the container and I would recommend a security seal instead of lid wrap. I was not concerned with the vitamins being contaminated; though, as each pack of seven is individually wrapped (see my photo). This makes it easy to travel with them, and you don’t need I portion them out…it’s just one pack per day.The last issue for me is that there is no iodine. This will not be an issue for anyone who uses table salt. I do not, so I look for a multivitamin that includes iodine.I did notice an unexpected energy boost after taking them the first day. I didn’t necessarily notice anything in subsequent days, but I haven’t been struggling with energy. (I don’t generally…but it’s possible my energy is better.) I’m just not sure if that first energy boost was an anomaly/unrelated or the result of a deficiency that the vitamin helped with.For me, I’m undecided as to how to proceed at this time. I generally like these vitamins more than the one I have been using (other than that I’m taking seven pills), but I would either need to start supplementing iodine as well or use table salt.

Honestly, Men’s Daily 7 Essentials is the real deal. I’ve got way more energy to get through the day, my stomach’s been feeling great, and it’s awesome having everything I need in one pack instead of a bunch of bottles. Super easy, super convenient—totally worth it!

I only tried it one time and the whole day that I had to use the restroom. It change the color of my urine to bright fluorescent yellow . It scared me and I haven’t tried them again.

I bought these for my spouse who will be 50 this November. I really liked that these were pre-packaged like this. It took a few days to a week until the spouse was peeing out weird neon colors but then felt a rush of something where he was feeling great! We will see how they work after he's been taking them a bit longer.

I don't trust any vitamin or supplement without that label on it.
